We will once again be participating in the Scholastic “Summer Challenge” reading program and our students are encouraged to enter their reading minutes online as we read with many other schools to set a world reading record over the summer. Each student will receive a unique user name and password which they will use to record their minutes weekly beginning this week and throughout the summer through August 31st. This program does not allow users to record all reading minutes at the end of the summer or even monthly, so please encourage your child to choose a day each week and to be consistent with recording reading minutes (our younger students will need parental help with this).
